India Home Loan Limited (IHLL) is a listed Housing Finance Company registered with the National Housing Bank. We offer a range of loan products for the purchase, construction, extension, and improvement of homes, particularly targeting individuals and families in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG), and Middle Income Group (MIG) across semi-urban and urban India.
Established on 19th December 1990 as Manoj Housing Finance Company Limited, IHLL was taken over in 2008 by Mr. Mahesh Pujara and renamed to its current identity. IHLL qualifies for Priority Sector Lending under RBI norms and is listed on BSE.
We primarily operate in two segments: Housing Loans (avg. ticket ₹7.5L) and Loans Against Property (₹10–50L), catering especially to self-employed customers whose income may not be formally documented.
