Mr. Mahesh N. Pujara

Managing Director

The management is led by Mr. Pujara who took over India Home Loan Limited (Formerly Manoj Housing Finance Company Private Limited) in August 2008. He has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry including 12 years of experience in the Affordable Housing Finance Sector.

He has been a part of the core management team of IHLL since August 2008. Under Mr.Pujara’s leadership, the Company is expanding its business operations, while nurturing its well established corporate lending business. He is leading the business operations of IHLL in Gujarat and provides strategic leadership and focus to the Company.He is one of the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Mr. Mitesh M. Pujara

Whole-time Director

Mitesh has been with IHLL since August 2008. He has over 19 years of experience in thefinancial and Capital Market. He has been a part of the core management team of IHLL since August 2008, and provides strategic leadership and focus to the business.

He is leading the business operations of IHLL in Maharashtra and also the marketing and recovery operations of the Company and is one of the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Mitesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Mumbai University.

Mr. Maulesh Popat

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Maulesh Popat is an Engineer by profession and has an experience of over 20 years in Financial & Strategy planning, Business development, Due diligence, P&L operations, Audit & Compliance management and Online banking. He has worked with Kotak, Standard Chartered Bank and HDFC Bank, where he was responsible for designing systems & procedures and contributing towards improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls, formulating operational policies and strategies for the bank as per the economic reforms and changing environment.

Mr. Akash Das

Company Secretary

Mr. Akash Das is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Statutory and Regulatory requirements. He is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

He has an experience of two years in the field of handling FEMA compliances, conducting meetings, drafting, filings with ROC, Issue of securities, maintaining statutory registers and books, liasoning with RTAs, Depositories and Auditors, resolving queries and other secretarial compliances.
