Grievance Redressal Mechanism

At India Home Loan Limited, we are committed to serving our customers with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. If you have any grievance, we encourage you to follow the grievance redressal process as outlined below:

Level 1 – Branch Level

Customers may register their complaints at the branch where they maintain their loan account. You can lodge the complaint in person, by phone, or through written communication/email. Branch officials will try to resolve the complaint within 7 working days.

Level 2 – Head Office

If the complaint is not resolved at the branch level within 7 working days, you may escalate the issue to our Head Office:

Level 3 – Nodal Officer

If your complaint is still unresolved within 10 working days of reaching the Head Office, you may escalate it further to:

Level 4 – National Housing Bank (NHB)

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Nodal Officer, you can file your complaint directly with the National Housing Bank (NHB):

Turnaround Time

We aim to resolve all complaints within 21 working days of receiving them. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances which may delay resolution, we will keep you informed of the reasons and expected time required for resolution.

Record Keeping

All complaints received will be recorded and monitored by the Customer Service Cell. We maintain full transparency and report grievance statistics to the Board periodically.

  • Anonymous complaints or those lacking proper information may not be acted upon.
