Mr. Shah is the Non-Executive Independent Director on the board of IHLL. He has more than 30 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Budget Management, and preparation of Cash Flow Management, P&L and Balance Sheets.

He is an independent finance consultant for private limited and public limited companies and has worked with various Companies in India and Overseas including Info Systems INC., Michigan (USA) and Mumbai, Howard Johnson, Dubai, Khimji Ramdas, Muscat – Oman.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant offering expertise in management, auditing, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions with 2 years of ERP coordination experience.
