He has worked with Kotak, Standard Chartered Bank and HDFC Bank, where he was responsible for designing systems & procedures and contributing towards improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls, formulating operational policies and strategies for the bank as per the economic reforms and changing environment.
