Mr. Akash Das is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Statutory and Regulatory requirements. He is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

He has an experience of two years in the field of handling FEMA compliances, conducting meetings, drafting, filings with ROC, Issue of securities, maintaining statutory registers and books, liasoning with RTAs, Depositories and Auditors, resolving queries and other secretarial compliances.
